Zim Mobile Tariffs Up 182%

As the economy continues to struggle Zimbabweans are now facing a tariff hike of 182% for mobile calls.

The hike has been introduced by the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe as a result of the increased cost of doing business.

Prices previously rose in April 2019.

The adjustment is just over six percentage points higher than inflation, which at the end of June reached 175.66%.
