Malawi president furious over school exams leak
Malawi's President Lazarus Chakwera has given the education minister one week to find out who was behind the leak of question papers that has forced the cancellation of secondary school exams.
He also called on the senior management of the exam board to be replaced.
Students protested in some parts of the country after their exams were cancelled.
President Chakwera said it was unacceptable that the education of hundreds of thousands of students had been thrown off course.
He rejected a proposal that they be written in March and set January as a deadline.
